 On behalf of the Socio-Cultural Commission, please find attached the latest edition of the IPA Hosting Book listing the many accommodation options available to our members. The Hosting Book can also be viewed as an online flipbook: IPA Hosting Book - June 2019

The following inclusions / amendments are included

Official IPA Houses:

Section Serbia

·         We are excited to announce that IPA Serbia has established its first official IPA House – IPA House Kuća is situated in Palić – 7 km from  Subotica (Northern Backa District) – see page 62. Photos can be viewed here: https://ipa-subotica.org/ipa-kuca-palic/

We wish to congratulate the Section for this initiative and trust that the IPA House will become a well-known establishment in Serbia

 Section Brasil

·         IPA Apartment Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo: Amendments made to the physical address of the facility and national website - www.ipa-brasil.org.br 

We are also with excitement waiting to announce the establishment of another IPA House by one of our Sections in the next version of the Hosting Book – watch out for the announcement……

 Other IPA Accommodation:

 Section Spain

·         The following two apartments in Barcelona has been made available for IPA members -  APARTMENT IN COLLBLANC and the VILAMARÍ APARTMENT (Page 118)

 Section Italy

·         The Hotel Albe (North-Eastern Italy) has been added to the list of facilities available as Other Accommodation (Page 92)

 Section South Africa

·         The following two facilities have been made available for IPA members - Windhoek Farm Cottage situated on the South African West Coast, approximately 85 km from Cape Town (Page 112) and Clouds End Guest House (Page 110) situated near George in the Garden Route

Dětský koutek KULÍŠKOV

Vedení územní skupiny č. 125, Praha 8 – Palmovka sepsalo dohodu o spolupráci s provozovatelem dětských koutků – středisek Kulíškov.

Tato dohoda spočívá v tom, že jednatel společnosti Jindřich Zenger všem členům české sekce IPA nabízí vstup do těchto koutků se slevou 20%. Podmínkou uplatnění této slevy je prokázání se slevovou kartičkou, kterou bude vydávat vedení územní skupiny č. 125, Praha 8 Palmovka pouze členům IPA České sekce. Tato dohoda je platná od 27.2.2012.

Jazyková škola NONNA SCHOOL s.r.o.

Vedením územní skupiny č. 125, Praha 8 – Palmovka byla uzavřena dohoda mezi IPA a jazykovou školou NONNA SCHOOL s.r.o..

Tato dohoda spočívá v tom, že jazyková škola NONNA SCHOOL s.r.o. zastoupena majitelkou paní Marií Dvořákovou všem členům české sekce IPA a jejich rodinným příslušníkům nabízí speciální cenu za jazykové kurzy s tím, že budou ušité balíčky a kurzy na míru.

Chaloupka Ametyst

Územní skupina č. 125, Praha 8 – Palmovka uzavřela dohodu s majitelkou chaty Ametyst, tato dohoda spočívá v tom, že všem členům české sekce IPA bude k dispozici tato chatu se slevou 20%.

Chata se nachází v Jablonci nad Jizerou v Krkonoších, asi 300m od ski areálu.

Územní skupina č. 125, Praha 8 – Palmovka uzavřela dohodu sBouda Máma wellnes hotel s tím, že wellnes hotel bude nabízet všem členům IPA slevu na ubytování s polopenzí s 10% slevou.

Podmínkou uplatnění této slevy je prokázání se služebním průkazem IPA s platnou známkou na daný kalendářní rok.

IPA Hosting Book

To all IPA Sections

As all Sections are aware, in 2016 the Socio-Cultural Commission (SCC) of the IPA commenced with a process to consolidate all Official IPA Facilities (Houses and Apartments) as well as Other IPA Accommodation into the IPA Hosting Book. 
The IPA currently has the following Facilities available across the World:
Official IPA Facilities = 52
Other IPA Accommodation = 156
The SCC is happy to announce that the first version of the IPA Hosting Book is completed and contains information of all the Facilities provided to us. In this regard please find attached version 01 of the IPA Hosting Book.
The Hosting Book is also available on the International IPA Website

We will, as we receive new additions, add these into the Hosting Book and update the document if any information is to be amended. Please send any changes or additions to the following email addresses so that we can keep the Hosting Book updated with all latest information.
